How I did it: Well, one of the problems I had was I felt that I would write friends and wouldn't really get a response most of the time. I felt like I was pestering people with letters, basically, and like I was harassing friends if I wrote letters very often, because they generally wouldn't write one in return. How I did it: I feel pretty positive that I'm going to continue doing this -- it feels like it's really become habit. I basically just left the floss in a prominent place in the bathroom and tried to remind myself to do it each night, even if I was tired. Now it's sort of melded into the whole brushing experience.
