Right now, my resting heart rate is 52, maybe lower.
I know it’s definitely in the 40’s when I sleep.
I don’t know… I can sort of control it.
I’m 14 years old, so I figure that’s rather good xP

How I did it: I sort of had the reiki ability naturally... The thing was that I wasn't confident in it, or what it was, and felt like I needed to take my first level to reaffirm myself. In essence, I just needed to learn hand positions. It took a one day course for me to get my level one, and I plan to take my level two within the next couple months! Read how I did it…
I did this for about a month or so.
It definitely makes a difference. Not just in your life, but makes a difference in who you are and what decisions you make.
I wholeheartedly recommend it!
You should learn to swim if you feel comfortable with it.
If you don’t, then maybe you could talk to someone about it.
But once you get started, you can try and go competitive.
I’m so glad that my parents put me in swimming so early.
I have a very good chance of going to Olympics for it next year!
I’m fourteen and loving the sport =)
If you have any questions, you can comment and I’ll try to help you out. Not everyone will love swimming, true, but I think that if you learn it, there’s a lot more opportunities for you out there.
