I started on 26/05/2010 with 110kg.
I have reduced my diet taking into consideration the sedentary lifestyle I am currently having.
Did not start physical exercises like running because I felt a bit heavy, and did not want to overload my hip and knee joints.
Today my weight is 97.5 kg.
Right now I:- feel much leaner & meaner,
- have urges to run or jump sometimes – just for the sake of it, like in good olden days,
- added a beard which fits perfectly into the image of a new leaner me,
- have bought new jeans – instead of size 42 it’s now size 36!
At the final point (93 kg), if there’s additional fat to be lost, I may allow more to be shed.
Also when the weight goes all the way down, I will start to seek ways to increase physical activity to replace fat with muscle. Muscle is supposed to burn even more fat.
