land, perfect land 1 week ago

we found a PERFECT piece of land for a small farm store, and enough room to have an educational hobby farm.. anyone looking to support that philosophy ?
The location really is perfect. asking price $175k .. we would need that granted, we would put up another $175k to make it work.
(I have experience in business and restaurants, wife is a nurse, we both have a n ice hobby farm now (last 4 years) chickens, meat birds, garden, bees, goats)
