8 integral bread slices
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cup of soy milk
4 eggs
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of dried cranberry
2 cups of steamed diced rhubarb
salt, cinnamon,
Preheat oven (350 °F.)
Step 1
In a big bowl, cover the bread with a mix of oil and milk for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Beat together all the other ingredients and add the bread to it.
Step 3
Put the mix in a low pan and bake for 45 minutes.
This recipe can be eaten hot or cold. As always, it is very fashionable: it could be raisins instead of cranberry and you could have add goat cheese or nuts… gonna try it with goat cheese …. ^^

My friend is actually getting his parents’ old car for free so I’m gonna learn easily with him. That’s only a small update for the license part but in a hedonistic point of view…: we’ll be able to do so many things! To go so many places! Yippi yeah!

I kinda upgrade one of my goal that was to purchase a reusable coffee mug, then a reusable tea mug but now I want a reusable water bottle. It’s easy to know why: water is all. It’s the best thing I could drink and I don’t drink enough so! Why bother with coffee or tea mug if I’m not even drinking water? To have a reusable water bottle would encourage me to drink more, wherever I am. It’s kind of ridiculous because each time I go for a walk or some hiking I don’t bring anything to drink and ends up thirsty so… God it’s good to open my eyes times to times!
