Kevin kept telling me how cute I was acting today. I’m lifted up even seeing him for just a few minutes today. We had fun sampling food at the grocery store. :P I keep forgetting they have those!

How I did it: My boyfriend and me registered for the Flint Zombie Walk. Cities around the world celebrate a day of dressing up as zombies and donating food + money. The money from all the participants went to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan which has a four (out of four) star rating on Charity navigator. I tried to do this a on Friday by going outside for a few minutes during my break. Its funny because the only people out there are the smokers in my class. I bet smokers have a slightly higher level of Vitamin D than the average person. I could do an entire study around this hypothesis.
I did a 55 minute work-out on wii fit but it wasn’t very intense at all. I realized that I need to do back strengthening exercises daily now so I’ll have to try those out and set up a morning/evening routine, I guess/hope. I need to not be embarrassed to do it in front of my roommates and/or get my damn ass down to the gym, already.
