I have found a very nice addon for internet addicts.
Unfortunately it could be used only for firefox users.
against internet addiction: pageaddict.com
Pageaddict is a Firefox extension that will remember how much time you spend on each web site during the day. It allows you to “tag” each site and restrict how much time you spend on sites with a given tag.

I try to use 3 ways to struggle with internet addiction:
1. I just try to talk with my stupid unconscious that is willing to surf the net without control. I talk with it as with a stupid baby, laughing at it.
2. Another way to skip internet is to lie to your unconscious saying that you HAVE NO INTERNET. Sometimes it believes!
3. Set a timer in your mobile, say for an hour, try to work solely on one task without interruption.
Is there a scientific evidence that this is worth doing? If any could give some link. Is it just about rumors and bottling company ad. I would be happy to receive some absolutely trustworthy information. Something like: 1000 people drunk 2 l of water every day for 50 years and now look they are 100 years old and they look great. Or maybe you could share your experience.
I am collecting it for my blog
I started drinking water without thinking. Than I just thought that I am brainwashed. Definitely I should believe in something while doing it. But I think there should be some knowledge behind it not just mere belief.
