How I did it: Well I have been trying for years and I finally decided that I really needed to stop. I found that I usually bit my nails when I'm bored (especially during church) so I brought things to keep my hands busy so I wouldn't bite them. I haven't bitten them for three months now! How I did it: I went with my brother and we slept in sleeping bags by the gravestones. There were even coyotes howling (I know it sounds cliche but its true). sleep in a cemetary on halloween

Ive slept in a cemetary before but never on halloween. Halloween is also my birthday so my brother and I are going to sleep in the town cemetary to celebrate. Its a really ol cematary so it makes it extra creepy.:-)
