So… maybe finally having the sundae I’ve been craving for the last 2 weeks isn’t the best thing in the world, but at least I got it out of my system. Aside from that, I drank 12 glasses of water, did 30 minutes of cardio, did 180 sit-ups, and the rest of my caloric intake was healthy. Life, as they say, is about balance…
