How I did it
How I did it: Due to a chronic hip flexor injury, I had to cut back, then stop running altogether for (too long)...when it was time to come back to fitness training, I decided to do a Sprint tri to get me motivated. Triathlons are like cross-training so it puts less strain on one body part. When I found the perfect one to do, there was no time for me to train. However.
