well ive been stretching as much as i can every day, and i feel like ive made no improvement at all. but im not one to give up!!! just going to try get more stretching in every day. :) i swear ive gone on to every website looking for tips on stretches.

well tomorrow is karate class which means a hour and a half of stretching and once again seeing the young ones complete a split with me high in the ground!!! been stretching every night even if its just in straddle while watching tv. not very much improvement yet but my legs are feeling it!!!!
well i guess the reason i want to achieve this is cause i do karate and my high kicks are well… not high. i can barely get them above 90 degrees!!! my sensei wants us to get lower in all our splits, especially middle. im up against some young girls who have been doing this for years and i want to get as good as them so i too can travel to international tournaments to compete. ive been stretching for almost a year with a little improvement but i havent really committed to stretching every day. so im making it a committment to stretch every day, twice if possible. i know being in my 20s it may take a bit longer, but im sure if i commit myself i can make it!!!
