become a better writer

I think that because I completed my dissertation, have a collection of publications, and have several best paper nominations at conferences, I can mark this goal as done. However, I will constantly strive to improve my writing (as well as my efficiency at writing).

Finish my PhD (read all 2 entries…)

I Graduate on August 1st! 16 months ago

Well, I just submitted my dissertation last week and got the email that it was approved, so that means I am completely done and I will officially graduate on August 1st. Horray! I feel very fortunate that I was able to finish in 5 years and secure a faculty position (and solve the two-body problem as well!.
