I have a question- I am on day 4 and really wanting to break the fast. What should I do if I want to do that?

Feeling really good. Headache from night 1 never came back, If these last two days are the hardest, then I think the next couple of days will be great. I feel lighter, more in touch with my emotions, and not weighed down by food! Worked out this morning, but felt pretty weak, had to stop running after 10 minutes, and only worked out for 30 minutes total. That sort of worries me b/c training for the mini starts on Monday… All in all, I am really proud of myself for sticking with it!
Wow- last night I had the worst headache- it felt like my brain was expanding. I almost gave up, I did skip the tea, because I was already feeling sick and I new that if I drank the tea, I would probably throw it up or gag. This R-U-F-F. Anywho- It is 11:00 and I about to do a SWF- shot, thanks to some good advice. Hopefully it works… I did loose 3 pounds in one day- so that is pretty cool. Let’s see what today brings…
