How I did it: I decided on a menu, shopped for the ingredients and devoted an entire day to cooking up a storm. The result: a week's worth of meals in my freezer, ready to reheat and eat after a hard day at work. Awesome! How I did it: Threw myself into other things. Concentrated on work, social activities and finding myself again (for a minute there, I'd lost myself).
