EAT HEALTHY, SIX TIMES A DAY SMALL PORTIONS (8 OZ) OF FRUIT, VEGGIES, LOTS AND LOTS OF PROTEIN AND WATER… AT LEAST 8 – 8 OZ GLASSES EVERY DAY. IF YOU DO THIS YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT, BUT IN A HEALTHY WAY.. AND YOU WILL FEEL GREAT TOO!!!!!!!!!!!
