Results of week one!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week. I’m glad I stuck with it for this long. I’m so proud of myself. Now for the exciting news!

Lost 3-5 pounds
Lost 2 inches off hips
Lost 1 inch off waist
Lost 3 inches off thigh
And 1 inch off upper arm.

Yay! I’m so glad I didn’t give in to all those cravings for ice cream and chocolate. I’m very proud of myself and I’m so thrilled that all this happened in just ONE week! I can’t wait to see the results of next week!

Got back on track!

As I said a few days ago, I gave in to a massive craving for some cookie cake. Well I decided it was just one day, one little slip up, and I shouldn’t let it faze me. So I’m back to my regular routine!

I worked out for a half hour today and continued my eating healthy plan. It feels good to be back on the ball again

I Have Plenty To Choose From:

Fears:

-Open water, and basically any form of water except a SHALLOW POOL
-Water animals, specifically whales. :( I cannot even begin to describe how much they terrify me. Most people think it’s so silly but I cannot help it!
-Rodents
-Birds
-Darkness
-Looking at the night sky. It’s strange, I know. It’s so beautiful but scares me to death at the same time
-The world ending
