How I did it: I found out he was touring with the new album. I contacted my friend, Angie, and we were able to purchase tickets for the Chicago show. We bought our tickets in January or February. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I asked for a waffle iron for my birthday. I never owned one and I did it just for this opportunity. Arie gave me one and I made a plan to make this dish. Several months later, finally, I was able to find time and get it out and make waffles. To accomodate the waffles we made cap'n crunch and corn flake coated chicken. We served a hot pepper raspberry jam as a complimentary sauce. Everything was so good… Read how I did it…

This, to me, is a luxury…basically, not anyone and everyone will trust you or even give, what you say, a chance. I feel lucky, because I have had others try something I suggest…just because I suggested them and for no other reason. I appreciate that.

and yum! Cap’n Crunch and Corn Flake coated chicken served with waffles. Also, a hot pepper raspberry jelly was on the side and turned out to be a wonderful compliment…along with the syrup and other assorted side dishes. I would do it again.
