How I did it: First I figured out that no matter if I eat a lot or just a little, I keep gaining weight. So I started thinking about the reasons, got some help and eventually realized why I was overweight - I wanted to be overweight.Then I went on to discover why I wanted it, and I finally got it. How I did it: I had enjoyed rain since I was a child. When there was a storm during the weekend I used to run outside and enjoy the raindrops, if it was warm.
