I once came within five pounds of this goal, lifting 275 at 140 body weight. I weigh a bit more now, but I’ve been cycling almost every day for about four months, so I should be able to come closer. I’ll have to keep training at home until I have access to a gym with enough equipment to attempt the lift.

The thing I like about this goal is that, contrary to what you might expect, it is very black and white as to whether or not you’ve accomplished it once you have.

I’m currently studying to be a chemical engineer, but I’m not going to consider this done until I have my P.Eng certification.
