I try to avoid stepping on the scale every day, so it’s been about two weeks since I have weighed myself… Seriously… I weighed myself on thanksgiving- who does that? Anyway, as of today, I am going in the right direction.
My starting weight was 170; I weighed in at 154 today. :D That’s 16 lbs. Only 4 more until 20! And 14 more until my goal weight! Passing the half way mark feels pretty good, and calculating my BMI as “healthy” (although only .1 under the overweight mark of 25) really felt good too.
Hopefully I can make it to 20 lost by Christmas!

It feels good to be moving in the right direction.
So, I haven’t weighed myself in a few weeks, and saw a scale at the gym today when I went to go for a run (but actually decided to run outside… because I changed my mind like that).
Needless to say, I stepped on… I moved the little weight thing to 160, and that was too heavy…. what? I was so excited, because that was 10 lbs less than I was before… I finished weighing myself and was at 157- 13 lbs less than my starting weight.
Lose ten pounds is done :D
