How I did it: By keeping a water bottle on my desk at work and making conscious efforts to drink water when I craved sodas. It takes a while to kick the habit of sweet drinks and to allow your body to enjoy water. Once I started paying attention to how I felt after drinking sodas it became easier to drink more water instead. I’m no longer afraid of my credit card bills but I’m actually excited to get them. I can’t wait to long the new total into the debt calculator. Even if my total only decreases by ten dollars it’s still a decrease.
Here’s the one I use
