My first round 20 months ago

I never had to worry about my weight when I was younger. So, it wasn’t until I reach my mid twenties that really started to “fill out”. I pack on quite a few pounds and this is my very first time focusing on my fitness.

Quit Smoking
40 hours. 20 months ago

It’s been nearly 2 days. I have a nervous habit of chewing my lower lip. I made it bleed today. Sorry, I just realized how yucky that sounds.

Oh well, I am feeling positive about this.
