How I did it:
I started the Couch to 5K plan at the start of summer. Although I didn't quite make the 9 week goal, I got back on track with my training and kept pushing until I got there. Feels great!

Visit Rome, Venice, Pisa, Naples, and Sicily. Stay on the Amalfi Coast. Drink lots of wine and spend the days wondering.
