I am committing to this goal for the next 2 weeks. I will be using my elliptical a minimum of 30 minutes per day and bike riding with my husband (when he has time). I’ll be drinking 4 twenty oz bottles of h2o a day and eating healthy foods in correct proportional sizes, focusing on fresh vegetables and lean protein. I will take in less than 1200 calories per day and I like challenging myself. Let’s see what can happen!
