Anyone up for a TWO WEEK challenge???

I am committing to this goal for the next 2 weeks. I will be using my elliptical a minimum of 30 minutes per day and bike riding with my husband (when he has time). I’ll be drinking 4 twenty oz bottles of h2o a day and eating healthy foods in correct proportional sizes, focusing on fresh vegetables and lean protein. I will take in less than 1200 calories per day and I like challenging myself. Let’s see what can happen!

Any one else want to pledge to the 2 week challenge?? You know how fast 2 weeks can fly by, I would be delighted to have company… Very cool, here we go….

Stress is my downfall… I get stressed, I eat to be comforted…. Well, that and apparently easter candy. :0)



stop pressing snooze
Put it all the way across the room..

If I am really tired, I will stand up, get my bearings, go press snooze and walf ten feet back to bed…. I think I am going to put the alarm clock out in the kitchen… Then I won’t go back to bed…. yeah right, who am I fooling…

How about just going to bed earlier so I am not dead to the world in the morning????
