I never thought I would be overly sucessful, I have a tendency to lean towards procrastionation and find it hard to stay motivated, but so far, brilliant! I’ve really developed the habit! From the 9th July to this day I have written an entry every day be it twon lines or three pages. Not only that my journal has become indispensable to me, its a source of comfort, its familiarity essential part of my dad to day life. I like to flick through just browsing old entries. I havn’t stuckt to simply writing the events of the day but rather have mixed things up with photos, doodles, quotes, poems ect ect. It had become a great source of creativity for me, and of course it is useful to look back at certain dates and remember.

well I did some upper body yoga yesterday and I intend to do some lower body tommorow, need to be doing some at least every other day!
Ok I have been doing quite well with this, well the best I have ever done but still I could do better, I intend to write something in my journal every day until the end of the month!
