Ok, so I fell off the wagon with this. Ironically, I’ve lost weight regardless. . . but it could just be muscle that I’m losing? Sigh. Back on the wagon today, hopefully with motivation from my baby.

How I did it: I try to take a few minutes every morning to thank God for the day and to help me make good decisions and be everything I want to be, and accomplish everything I want to accomplish. It does not matter if I forgot in the morning, even sitting at my desk, in the car driving, before I go to sleep... just taking a few minutes of silence is all it takes. This small act has definitely renewed my faith in God and myself =) Read how I did it…
I started going to the gym again last week. Not daily… actually I can’t remember how many times I went last week… but often enough to get the blood pumping and the calories blasted. So far this week I’ve been 3x and plan on at least 2 more. As long as I don’t stop once I am in a routine, I’ll be golden! I remember how I used to like going, the thought of getting myself in better shape, being healthier, and the slim possibilty of ever wearing a bikini keeping me motivated. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to go all 7 days a week, but as long as I make it 5, I’ll be satisfied.
I’ve officially signed up for my first class, Intro to Chem. Having graduated two years ago, it will be interesting to see if I can sit down and study again (not that I was ever very good at it to begin with).
