We went to ikea on sunday so we’d have some chairs for thanksgiving. Bought cheap ones, but they’re pretty comfy and they are blue. They are the plastic shell snille chairs. The apartment is more comfortable with more seating options!

How I did it: I got a domain and space through godaddy, and messed around with dreamweaver until it looked right. It took me several tries to get it to do what I wanted, and I started over a bunch. But it was worth it, and I learned a lot. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Followed a recipe from VCIYCJ (see below.) I thought it would be harder to make lemon bars vegan, but it wasn't all that difficult. The crust layer turned out great, and the gelatinous part was pretty good. I wonder about adding a crumbly layer to the top. I did sprinkle it with powdered sugar, but it gets absorbed on pieces that aren't severed right away. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I typically knit while watching movies or tv. While I was working on this project, I was trying to study for an exam. I typically have to write lots of notes while I study, so it's hard to knit at the same time. This project was quick and simple (link below), so I would do it here and there while taking study breaks. But, with writing and knitting filling most of my time, my hand really felt sore when I finished! Read how I did it…

I’m surprised there aren’t many people doing this! I recently sprained my ankle because I was sitting on my foot and it fell asleep…it wasn’t a very serious sprain, and I think it was related to another recent biking injury as well. But I sit on my feet a lot. I think it might essentially be if i am sitting, it is on my feet because if I don’t it feels wrong & weird. And like most people, work and many other things mean I’m sitting most of the time. In addition to the legs falling asleep from it, Lately I’ve noticed my knees feel kind of sore from it too, I think. I was talking to my Dad about it, he said mom always sat on her feet until she couldn’t do it anymore, and she has knee issues now…a little scary! I really want to stop, but I find really hard, so I’m hoping someone will have a “how I did it” story to share one day!
I finished the dress part, but it has no sleeves. So I have to change this goal, because it is my birthday!
