I now eat no meat at all. Don’t miss it. It’s amazing…it doesn’t even smell so good to me anymore. I’ve been off of it for about 6 months. I had been eating mostly veggies anyway. What meat I did eat started becoming less and less satisfying. Then I checked out PETA’s website…that was pretty much it for me. ; )

How I did it: I joined a 10-week program at Fleet Feet (athletic apparel store). It was a wonderfully supportive program. You ran a little bit more, a little bit further each week--gradually building up to 2 or 3 miles. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've been making little changes here and there. Most recent thing: I've bought surge protectors for all electrical items that I keep plugged up, since I've read that energy is otherwise drained even when it is "off." Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to a metaphysical expo, and there was a booth there for aura photography. They had a biofeedback system that measures your electromagnetic field.I placed my hand on a sensor pad that was connected to a computer and video camera. I could see the different colors around me via the monitor screen. After a few seconds, it was apparent that a couple of colors were dominant and there to stay. It seems like it’d be a great thing to do. I can find out what my real energy is like, and I think that I would somehow be more of my real self.
It seems very daunting. I love cake and ice cream! Even in sugar-free products, there’s some sugar “alternative.”
Nonetheless, I plan to do some more research, stock my pantries accordingly, and give it a go.
I strive to have a favorite every thing that I need, such as a favorite bathtub cleaner (Softscrub), favorite mug (CocaCola), favorite coffee (Organic Chai Latte), favorite brands, etc. I keep researching, trying, and recycling (or trashing) til I find the best one for me. = )
