My plan is to do yoga, pilates, and use an exercise ball to help strengthen my core muscles. I have a horrible back and I am hoping to make it a bit better.

How I did it: I can't say that I have totally stopped caring what others think of me. But I am definitely getting there. I found that I have to like myself and believe in who I am and what I am doing in order to not care what others think. I’ve definitely made some new friends. Although, this will be an on-going goal of mine, I am checking it off. I always want to make new friends but I have made several since making this goal.
Lately I feel like I have had so many social things to do that I can’t keep up. It’s kind of a nice problem to have. I’ve had to actually put people off occasionally until the following week because my week is booked up.
I joined a book club and I also joined a local mom’s group/forum. I have also made a few friends through my kids’ school.
My next step in this goal is to get some good friends that we can do things with as couples.
