2) Pizza!
3) Going for a coffee alone after work, just relaxing with a book. Lovely!

How I did it: My co-worker has brought labneh to work on a few occasions, sharing with us. I was told how easy it was to make, so when I found a recipe on the internet I decided to give it a try. I bought plain yogurt, added some salt, pepper and crushed garlic, and sifted(?) it through a cotton cloth overnight to drain out the fluids. This left me with a lumpy, feta-cheese looking substance to which I added olive oil (to keep it from drying out) and s… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I simply put down my book, found my phone, and dialled Bente's number. She seemed surprised, but happy, to hear from me, and we chatted for almost an hour. We used to talk on the phone almost every day when we were younger. Now we don't have that much in common, but it's still nice to be involved in her life. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I know no one's going to believe me, but I actually did it - I managed to send a reply to Julia, and it only took me 2 years...I know, pathetic! So easy!! Read how I did it…

I’m home today, alone, not at work…yey! Been a somewhat lazy one so far because I 1) got to sleep till 8:30 in the morning, then had a nap on the couch from 2-3…
But I also 2) painted the frames of 4 mirrors, using yellow and blue to go with our green walls in the crafty room.
I’m rather dreading the party I have to go to this evening, but I should see it as a way of challenging myself and my anxiety.
53) Yarn – I love the feeling of yarn, makes me all tickly and giddy:)
54) Jumping in puddles – yupp, a childhood activity highly underestimated!
55) Espenius – sorry, can’t believe I haven’t put you on the list, dear!
56) Clay (preferably found outdoors) – love the feeling of sculpting it, squishing it between my fingers:)
