Well guys, it’s been a year and I’ve lost 60 pounds. (from 163 lbs to 103 lbs) This year I resolute to GAIN WEIGHT.
Yes, gain weight. My doctor has been telling me “Yoo need to gain sam weighhhh!!” (..he’s Korean.)
So, before 2008, I will try to pack on a few pounds (without binging!)

I LOVE summer! I’ve lost like 14 pounds just sitting in the heat.. for some reason I lose a lot of weight in summer just doing nothing..
Though I am joining karate lessons and going to train (swimming) with my friend so I can compete next year I’m confident I can get to my target weight.
And I present my weight loss thingy ma bobby:
Starting weight: 65kg
Current weight: 57 kg
Target weight: 46 kg

Yes!! I can finally cross something off my long self-improvement list. __
Everyday I drink at least 600mL of water, and today I even refilled it and drank 1.2L
I’ve been doing this for awhile now, finally I have a GOOD habit.. =P
Good Luck everyone – this goal is really worth it, I’ve been feeling happier and more bubbly.. and my immune system is better too =)
