How I did it: At first I start doing some exercises I found on net. I couldn't do much and couldn't finish them but I didn't give up and I try to do them everyday. Day by day I got better. There is no more pleasing thing when you see the results in the mirror. When my body is in shape, my body craved for healthy food because when i exercise daily, I became more aware of my body conditions and needs. So I really didn't pay attention to my food at first,… Read how I did it…
I finally finished it! But I have to wait a little longer to wear it because there is still a clear sky and a warm bright sun outside. Not that I complain :)
Sunday:Gone to make barbecue with friends
Tuesday: Gone to have “soup in a bread” with friends.
Wednesday: Gone to drink coffee and have our fortune’s told with friends.
Thursday: Gone to eat burgers with friends
Friday: I will go to play some games with friends
It has been a quite busy week for me:) I hope I won’t gain weight;) But I’m glad.
And here are some cows that we come across at the day we barbecue. They sure know how to live:)
