I split from NYC this winter after only a year because I couldn’t make ends meet with out waiting tables. It’s not a bad job, I turned thirty and I just didn’t want to be forty and still serving wine to snooty uppereast-siders. I’d like to get a technical degree and move back there with job experience not food service related. It’s hard not having all that great food, people, art, and easy public transportation anymore.

It sounds funny but I spent all my free time growing up drinking coffee and reading books. I want to open a Dairy Free Sci-Fi themed place to attract a geek/anti-starbucks crowd.
