with this most of my life. I chew the ‘quicks’ and the edges of my fingers – sounds disgusting, doesn’t it?! I’ve actually stopped this at various times in the past, and then I start again. Not sure why – it has something to do with my self-confidence, though – need to work that out a bit more, I think; it might help.

is aimed at enhancing my own creativity, as well as a fun and visual way of surrounding myself with inspirational quotes. I actually started this about a week ago and – so far, so good.

getting up when the alarm goes off will set me up for the day. Instead of rushing around like a headless chook, I can ease into the day and feel calm. I like the idea of moving the alarm away from the bed, because I tend to just reach out and hit the snooze button!
So, I will move the alarm away from the bed, so that I must get out of bed to turn it off. Starting tonight!
