Well, here it is! This year in this endeavour so far, I’ve managed to run 12km in a local Fun Run with my wonderful housemate who kept me going. Bless her heart. Felt amazing to have done it.
Next step is now the run is over to keep on going. The gym has finally beckoned. Can’t beleive since I joined I’ve managed to go about 3 times a week and still Netballing and running ocasionally. So I’m exercising about 5 times per week. Yeay for ME!
Just have to keep focussed on that this is for fitness and not weight loss… because…sadly I haven’t lost a ounce in months. But I am fitter!
