Improvements never really go away....

Yep..you can not go to the gym for a few weeks, but your body has a memory of efficiancy for the moves! So if you start right back up again, your body hasn’t really altered much performance wise! Including weight…it becomes natural to maintain your new weight if you live life like normal afterwards and respect your self-image.

Soo hard to quit, but the best method is …1. Stay away from assholes who amoke around you despite second habd smoke
2. Exercising so the increased air in your lungs improves ya stress levels/moods and appearance
3.Always carry gum!

The secret!

Just realzie that loving someone else is about being unselfish and actually thinking about what’s “best for them” and “their lives”. Feeling empathy for that other person’s life experiences and giving up all your fears so you can be vulnerable with that one person. Just being a human being with that other human being, not dealing on past pain. Trusting that other person. Never cheating. See the mirror of your self in that person. Improving yourselves as team together.
