well, i drank the lemonade… went ok
i drank the tea… went alright
so now im drinking the SWF
its so gross. im trying to get it down. yuck!
i wonder how it will effect me.

i also havent selpt at all again tonight
i took the tea at 12am then waited till 4am to drink the SWF. i just want to get it over with i guess.

i’m really determined this time. im gonna try so hard not to quit with all this food around me…

...ok here it goes 2 years ago

i decided to wait till i graduated high school to start this because it would be impossible i think to do the salt flush while i was in school. im not sure though, i’ve done the clense for 2 days twice, my will giving in both times. but i never tryed it with the salt flush.

Can anyone tell me how bad it is… i mean is it bareable? how much time each day did you spend confined to the toilet? was it worth it?

it would be so appreciated if anyone could tell me. i dont really know what to expect.
