...are growing well :). Square foot gardening on my balcony works and I love doing this. I can’t wait to plant all my plants outside at may 15, and give away the surplus. (Too much strawberries. I agree, one can never have too much strawberries, but the space is limited, so I have to give some plants away. So lets make some people happy :D).

How I did it: It took me a long time, but the trick is to keep on going, slowly but surely, even if you're not completely sure about yourself. I also always struggle to stick to deadlines and work on a regular basis, so I set some rewards on finishing a chapter of the report (which also helped me to relax) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I thought of all the sports I could do, and with whom. I made a list, and marked the sports I liked best. I hadn't been on a horse since seven years, so that appealed to me. Finally I went with a friend who wanted to take up horseback riding again, and she already found a location where to do it. I immediately liked the idea and after a few weeks I went with her. I think its good to go with friends and do something you really like: those … Read how I did it…
Another Dutch thriller book. Charles den Tex, Onmacht. Better than the one I read before. I still have one such book. After reading that one, I’ll be more serious with reading ‘real’ books (i.e. at least 300 pages, more characters, complex stories)
I gave a presentation to my department about the new work procedures I devised with another colleague. I actually enjoyed the attention and speaking in public. My nerves are under control, finally.
