How I did it: I took a PE credit class at my university. My Papa gave me some old golf clubs of my grandmother's, and I practiced a lot on my own at the driving range (20% of our grade was to be based on improvement). I played a couple games with my dad and Papa, and slowly but surely started to get the hang of things (a little). Read how I did it…
How I did it: I auditioned for a part in the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker being put on in my hometown. I made the cut and rehearsed intensely for about a month or so, and then the big night came...showtime! How I did it: Took a class trip between my junior and senior years of high school. Monaco was beautiful. I also spent some time in Paris and the south of France, along the Mediterranean. Paris was very tourist-y, naturally, but I was on the Champs-Elysees during the World Cup semi-finals and the energy and excitement was palpable.
