Work is paying for me to study the Certificate IV in Project Management – it’s a recognised qualification so I’m happy!
I’m chuffed that they shelled out almost $2000 for me to do it.

How I did it: I asked amongst my friends and 9 of us ended up going away on a "skydiving weekend". On the day we really pumped each other up, listened to loud music, and afterwards went to a bar overlooking the beach to celebrate our achievements! Read how I did it…

I have a treadmill, so there’s really no excuse for me not to use it regularly. I’m going to aim to use it 4x a week – walking for the first week or so, and then I’ll transition to walk/run cycles.
I always do better at these things if I have something to strive for – last time I got fit was in the 4 months leading up to my trip to Peru to hike the Inca Trail – which was great motivation. I can’t think of anything this time, rather than the obvious (“get fit, feel great, look better, etc.”) but it fails to work for me.
Perhaps it’s time to book a new adventure holiday….
I recall flying a kite as a kid, and figure it’s something that’d be fun to do as an adult, even if it’s just once.
I can’t quite picture it becoming a hobby…
My boyfriend bought me a kite a while ago, after the cheapo I bought in China fell apart – so next day there’s a wind up, I vow to take it out and recapture some of that youthful glee.
