I gained 15lbs when I started college and think I would be generally fitter and healthier if I now took responsibility for what I ate, how much exercise I do and lost the extra weight I gained.

How I did it: By taking test after test, after test! I changed instructor, test centre etc until I felt happy. It took a fair few months during my A Levels but I'm glad I did it when I did as I would probably not have been able to learn to drive until after finishing my degree. I’ve tried meditating previously but I find it actually makes me stressed because I get annoyed when I can’t control what I’m thinking – but maybe I just need a bit more patience.
I’m really terrible at doing this – I wake up with black all over my pillow because I’m a mascara fiend!
