Honestly, when I’m around the people I’m normally around every day, I want to make everyone suffer. Can we say “toxic work environment?”

How I did it: Give up caffeine, late night video game binges, and anything fun. Really, it was simple, I didn't have a plan or techniques or anything, it just took willpower to fight my internal clock. Read how I did it…
I left work early and went to the dentist (during a heavy storm!) last week because I couldn’t take my last wisdom tooth and a couple other teeth bothering me anymore. The pain in my head when that last wisdom tooth is inflamed is intense, and it makes it difficult to swallow or open my mouth all the way. I also lose feeling at the corner of my mouth. I had never been to this dentist before. I selected him based on his web site and online reviews. :P Seems to have worked out pretty well. The dentist seemed very caring and genuine. The staff was expecting me, and knew the basics of my problem. What I’ve been experiencing is normal and expected for my condition, it seems. The tooth just needs to come out. So, I’ve scheduled a consultation with one of the oral surgeons my new dentist suggested, and made another appointment with the regular dentist for a cleaning and more time-consuming exam. I’m almost always relaxed about dental work, but I am dreading this extraction. Even though the others didn’t hurt much after coming out, I am now dealing with a full-grown tooth with large roots, in a very awkward position.
