I have gone to the gym for 5 consecutive days and done 400+ calores of cardio each day along with arms/legs/abs every other day . If I have no time for a workout, I just go do 30 mins of cardio, which kicks my butt. I want so badly to lose fat and show that there’s actually muscle under there, that I get up early to go to the gym now

Two people told me I look significantly thinner, today. Regardless of whether or not it’s true, it made me feel like going to the gym is worth it…
