I mean, isn’t it the most amazing thing like, ever? Sheryl Crow is actually coming to France. She’s having a concert on the 25th of June. I found out about this yesterday and of course, I bought my ticket right away. It was only 34€, so not much at all! I can’t wait. I have to be there. It’ll be amazing, I’m sure. I’ve dreamed about seeing her for real since I know she exists. OMG OMG OMG OMG

I’m marking this as done, even though maybe I haven’t really stopped being shy. But I have improved in many ways. For instance, I’m speaking up more and more in class. Especially in English class, which is double hard because I think the teacher is cute. I’ve started to take things back to the store when I’m not satisfied with them, and it’s just something I gave up on before. I even kind of insulted a lady on the street. She was really fat and clumsy and ungraceful and did nothing to improve it, and she bumped into me, and I said “sorry” even though it was her fault. She was like “Why didn’t you say sorry, young lady?”, I thought it was a bit too much so I responded “Actually I did, not my fault if you’re deaf”. Before I would just have blushed and walked away, and I was happy for sticking up for myself (even though I really didn’t say a smart thing, I was still sticking up for myself).
I took it on the 7th of March. Maybe I did crappily, but hey at least I did it. It wasn’t that difficult, except for the write an essay in 30 minutes and the listen to a geology lecture with no writing allowed parts. Actually I know my score won’t be awful, but will it be enough to allow me to go study in the States? One can only hope. But hey, I can always retake it.
