How I did it: I opened the Food Doctor recipe book and adapted the simplest tofu sauce, which also sounded good. I made it with lemon juice, tofu, red pesto and a bit of stock. (I'm not sure there were meant to be quite so many tofu lumps in it.) I had it with fish. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Took a bag with a little rug, pens and notebook to the little park round the corner. Looked suspiciously at the grass then laid the blanket out. Drew a little picture of a baby hitting its comatose mother over the head with a rattle while a small dog sat beside them. Wrote down what people said as they went past. E.g. "You can have cream and ice cream with it if you want to." Read how I did it…
How I did it: By buying four plastic tubs and sorting out all the stuff I was keeping into them, while trying not to get too hung up on whether things were going in the 'right' box.It still took a while though... Read how I did it…

Have written quite a lot, but don’t know if I’m just compiling more and more unwieldy and miscellaneous material.
One issue is it’s quite hard for me to really see this is a completed project, because (or partly because) it’s dragged on so long and has gone through so many different versions. (Ie the less I see it as a finished project, the less able I am to think in terms of the practical steps involved in turning it into one.)
The only way to continue is to … er, continue … but the longer it goes on, the catch is, the harder it is to have faith in continuing.
Also I’m having other distractions at the moment which I’m getting anxious will derail whatever daily practice I have managed to establish.
It’s more helpful when I focus on what I have actually managed to achieve, but that’s challenging when I haven’t got as far or as fast as I’d like.
