It’s definitely worth doing but the U.P. portion of it can be brutal. I felt like we were driving through the Never-Ending Forest. I was also somewhat disappointed with the actual amount of time you are driving right on the lake, still though, I’m glad I made the trip.

How I did it: Umm...I visited Philadelphia, found the steps, and "ran" up them. What's going on with 43 things? It never asked me to write a book before posting...lame. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I started if off with a great New Year's Eve and Day surrounded by loved ones and friends. As the year progressed I made some changes, got married to the love of my life, watched my favorite band for a week straight, and basically lived life to the fullest. Read how I did it…
We finally did it. The weather outside was frightful, it was a lazy Sunday and we didn’t have much going on. Fort Melbert was constructed in our living room and it was everything I expected it to be. We managed to include the television in our design and even our dogs seemed to enjoy it. The icing on the cake was ordering a pizza for delivery and then enjoying it within our fort. Sadly, the fort was destroyed a couple of hours ago, but it will rise again!
I haven’t been around here in a while, but I did manage to give up drinking for Lent. In addition, I was also able, for the most part, to fast on Fridays. (when I remembered, heh)
