It's been a week

I didn’t do my best this week.

The only “real” workouts I did were with my trainer, a total of 5 hours this week.
My eating habits haven’t changed dramatically (They weren’t that bad to start with anyway) but I guess by next week I’ll try not to exceed 1000 cal. daily.
Also, I’ll be setting a rule; an hour and a half of working out daily.

3 weeks till for next weigh in!
