get up every morning,
look in the mirror. take a deep breath and slowly let it out. it sounds really corny…but trust me it helps. just look at yourself in the mirror and think of every positive thing going on in your life…anything you can think of.
if that doesn’t help…
grab a radio while you’re getting ready, crank up your favorite tunes and just let loose, smile, and go wild…it works.

Relax, don’t panic, just try to focus on the conversation itself. Don’t think about other things while you’re trying to talk to someone. Example, don’t sit there and think about how bad you need to use the bathroom or wondering if your dog ate your boxers up while your in the middle of a sentence…trust me, you probably wouldn’t want to burst that out loud.
:P

Really it does. I just started to really think about the things I talk to my friends and other people about. What really matters when you’re talking to them, what its about, how you’re body language is working, you know.
But as I kinda went along with it I just seemed to feel more and more like, don’t say everything thats on your mind. Unless you’re THAT guy, but I’m not that guy. I just like being cool with everyone being happy and getting a laugh or kick out of it.
Long as its cool, shouldn’t have a problem with it. Basically, don’t always worry about what to say…even if its as simple as how ya doing or whats new with you, if you can listen then holding a conversation shouldn’t be a problem. :]
