I’ve tried (and succeeded) to lose weight before. Trouble is, I always end up putting it all back on again. I need to lose about 30 pounds to get to my ideal weight and I already do a significant amount of exercise every day. My problem is that I tend to stay up late at night eating unhealthy stuff after being good during the day. I’ve cut caffeine out and sweet stuff, and I think that I should soon start to see some results. I think the secret to sustained weight loss is small lifestyle changes rather than going on a crazy diet that you can only keep up for a couple of weeks.

Bought myself a Yamaha Jazz Guitar (quite a cheap one) and signed up for one-to-one music lessons (not so cheap). Absolutely loving it – now, why didn’t I do this 15 years ago when I didn’t have a family, job or other stuff that takes up all my time…
