Good time! Keep the knife wet, your fingers moist as well. Simple. Make sure to have the sushi mat and saran wrap nearby.

Was an amazing trip. Fidalgo Islands in Puget sounds. Amazing terrain. Took a flight from Anacortes to Friday harbor. Worth DOING! Drove all the way from San Diego-—made it as far as Vancouver. Amsterdam Cafe-300 block of West Hastings——sweet set up.

I was once taught what a paradigm shift is by someone who explained it to me, but until this year….I have yet to recognize one. I just went through three. One involving a relationship I needed to end, one involving a relationship I needed to start…and the third is involving the place I call “work”. (richyoungfree——dont jump to any assumptions) Shift your Paradigms and see what happens. Its pretty F-ing amazing. Looking at life from the acute, not the obtuse angle.
